• As you all know the stadium this year has been changed back to Karon stadium after the renovations have been completed. This is by the beach in Karon

• Once again Shires Pies will ensure that the cholesterol levels remain high with their selection of delicious pies.

• Phuket International Hospital will again be providing medical coverage during the weekend but we suggest that players get insurance coverage before arriving.

• Once again we are raising money for the Asia Center Foundation & they will be bringing many of the sponsored kids down to the stadium over the weekend to meet their sponsors. If you sponsor a kid and would like to meet up with them contact Roelien Muller at roemuthai@gmail.com.

• After our success in  promoting youth rugby on the island we have arranged another game for the Phuket Lomas under 14's to play a game against BIS U 14's as a curtain raiser to the finals on Sunday afternoon.

• The groups and schedule will be sent out to team captains shortly. We have had a couple of cancellations in the vets comp so we are looking for 2 more teams to round the event up to 16 teams. We require team write ups & bios urgently if you want to appear in the program.

• This year the referees will be marshaled by Matthew Oakley so if there are any queries about rules etc contact David

• We will once again be holding the annual Tour Virgin Beauty Pageant on the Saturday evening so get them virgins dolled up, made up and ready to strut their stuff on the cat walk. A full list of social events will be sent out with the draw for the groups.
